Important Information for US Customers

Well, this is terrible. As of this week Japan post, is suspending all shipments to the US “Due to Changes in U.S. Customs and Regulations” that were the result of an executive order. Therefore I have removed all Japan Post shipping options to the United States. (1/4)

The only shipping option to the US right now seems to be Yamato Global Express, but until I can conform that I can still use this, I am suspending it as well. These policies are only for the US and people from other countries may continue to order as usual. (2/4)

Sadly, since the majority of my sales are to the US, this is a devastating blow to Japan Retro Direct. I will try to find other solutions, but this has the potential to end what I have been building with JRD over the years. (3/4)

Again, I am going to do whatever I can. I hope that this policy will indeed be temporary, but until then I apologize that I won’t be able to help any gamers or collectors in the US. More info will be added as I try to navigate this. Thank you for your support. (4/4)
