Final Distance is an EP by Utada Hikaru

Vinnk's Take: If you look at my site you will see that nearly every CD I list is a full album rather than singles or EPs. This is because, that how I buy CDs. I like Albums. But this is one of the exceptions. "Final Distance" is easily one of Utadas best songs. And I was surprised by that because it is a remix. The original song (also found on the CD) is an upbeat pop song, but this mix slows it down and makes it something totally different. It's emotional, powerful, beautiful and... well I just love it. It was later put on her next album "Deep River" but this EP contains several version including an m-flo remix not found anywhere else so in my opinion, this CD belongs in every Hikaru Utada collection. It's actually a bit of a debate in my house. I love "Final Distance" but my daughter firmly believes the original song is the better version. Luckily they are both on the CD so you can decide for yourself. Music video is linked below.
