Item description
SURELY SOMEDAY is an album by Yoko Kanno
Vinnk's Take: This is going to be a running theme in my reviews of Yoko Kanno CDs. This one, like a lot of her albums, is a soundtrack for a movie I haven't seen. And like the others I think it stands alone as a work of music without knowing any of the background. The album is packed with guest singers and I have been enjoying it a lot. I linked the track 甘い毎日 with guest singer Akiko. It's jazzy and fun.
Track listing
1. Guilty
2. TNT
3. 甘い毎日 (Sweet Everyday)
4. Bitter Dog Blues
5. バンドやろうぜ (Let's Start a Band)
6. I'm All In Love
7. Maybe Someday
8. 幸せならクラップユアハンド (If You're Happy, Clap Your Hands)
9. SURELY SOMEDAY
10. Because
11. SURELY SOMEDAY (demo version) - bonus track
